About Us
Max is a highly capable property professional and RICS-accredited surveyor. With a strong interest in the built environment, Max set his sights on the world of building surveying and graduated the SAVA School of Surveying, holding the DipRSV qualification. With the aim of helping home buyers make fact-based decisions when purchasing their future homes, Max set up Max Dixon Surveying which operates within Norfolk and Suffolk.

Max previously worked in market research as a project manager for a number of years before studying to become a surveyor. This role helped developed his analytical and investigative mindset that allows him to identify property defects and their causes.

When not inspecting houses, Max is a keen skydiver and motorcycle enthusiast.
Eammon Andrews FRICS
Eammon has been surveying in East Anglia ever since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1983. Eammon set up his own business, Andrews Survey and Valuation Limited in 2016, following many years of employment with local and national companies specialising in the survey and valuation of residential properties. Having been office based in Norwich, Ipswich and various market towns over the years, Eammon relocated to his native North Suffolk in 2010, firstly to Bungay and now in Wingfield.

Eammon has wide experience of surveying most types of property, from modern houses and bungalows through to brick built Victorian terraced houses, farm houses and cottages. He has a particular interest in historic timber framed and clay lump houses and cottages that are commonly found in the area, many of which are Listed Buildings.
When not clambering through a roof space, Eammon enjoys exploring The British Isles and Europe as well being a trustee of the East Anglian Traditional Music Trust and spending time with family and friends.
