Level 3 (Building Survey)

This level of survey will provide you with the best, most detailed picture of the property's condition. Level 3 surveys are more appropriate for older and complex properties, those that have had previous structural alterations or properties in a poor state of repair and that require a very in-depth investigation. 

 

Within the Level 3 survey you will receive:

  • a detailed description of each element of the building and grounds including construction, condition, defects, impending issues and required remedial works

  • an overall opinion of the buildings condition

  • advice on required remedial works and associated impending issues

  • legal matters that your legal advisor should be aware of

  • hazards which could affect your health and the building itself

  • energy saving recommendations

  • photographs of all building elements and any defects/hazards found.

A Level 3 survey can be tailored to your individual requirements and focus on specific areas of the property that may be causing you concern. As with our Level 2 survey, a valuation can be included at an additional cost.

All home surveys include a 30 minute phone call to discuss the report and it's findings.
